1. Booking & Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and allocated cleaning team.

Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

GST is not applicable.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking may receive a deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.


3. Access Requirements

Clients must provide safe and uninterrupted access to the property, including:

• Electricity
• Running water
• Safe entry

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.


4. Condition of Property

Our quotes are based on standard condition properties.

If the property is excessively soiled, contains mould, pest infestations, biohazards, or heavy build-up beyond reasonable expectations, additional charges may apply.

We will notify you before proceeding where possible.


5. Bond / End of Lease Cleans

While we follow detailed checklists and industry standards, we do not guarantee bond return where:

• Pre-existing damage exists
• Property condition was misrepresented
• Real estate agent requests work outside scope

Re-cleans will be addressed in line with our service inclusions.


6. Liability

CORE Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not disclosed prior to cleaning
• Unsecured valuables

Clients are advised to remove valuables before service.


7. Payment

Full payment must be made upon completion of services.

Late payments may result in additional fees.


8. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website
